01 · Economic empowerment
Ideas become livelihoods.
Jenga Bizna and Bizna Mtaani work with community groups and training partners to help participants develop entrepreneurial, leadership, and practical business skills. Viable ideas can then progress towards seed funding and independent ownership.
Skills programmes have also included professional training in hairdressing, barbering, and beauty therapy for marginalised young people.
Jonathan Jackson Foundation
Prosperity grows when people can shape their own future.
The foundation focuses on young people, women, and persons with disabilities who are outside education, employment, or training. Its initiatives open practical routes into enterprise, income, and community participation.
Skills before dependency
Practical training builds the confidence and capability to earn independently.
Community-led delivery
Local partnerships keep each initiative relevant, coordinated, and grounded.
Opportunity that lasts
Ownership and sustainable income are the measures that matter over time.
